Additionally, the camellia symbolizes nobility and sacredness. Because camellia leaves do not fall even in winter, the camellia has long been considered a pattern with the power to ward off evil spirits.

Dyed by “Senzou Yusen Factory,” which draws on the aesthetic sensibilities and techniques nurtured by Kyoto's kimono culture to offer a wide range of products, from design to textile and fashion accessory production.
NIPOALOHA’s original silk kimono fabric features a jacquard weave pattern of the traditional Japanese motif “Jimon Tachiyuki ni Kiku” (Chrysanthemums Rising from a Ground Pattern).
